- Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as customer delays, supply chain issues, or inclement weather.
- Modifications: Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be documented in writing and may result in additional fees or extended timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All materials, reports, software, methodologies, or other intellectual property created or provided by us during the course of providing services remain the exclusive property of Current Shield unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- License: We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials and reports provided solely for your internal purposes.

- No Guarantee of Results: While we strive to provide effective safety solutions, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to reductions in incidents, compliance findings, or risk mitigation results.
- Third-Party Products: We are not responsible for the quality, functionality, or performance of third-party products (such as PPE or electrical equipment) recommended or used in the course of providing services.
- Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claims arising out of the provision of services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service that is the subject of the claim.
9. Termination and Cancellation
- Termination by You: You may cancel a service contract at any time before services begin, but a cancellation fee may apply if work has already commenced. A written cancellation request must be provided.
- Termination by Us: We may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any material term of this Agreement or fail to make payment as required.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you remain liable for any outstanding payments for services rendered up until the point of termination.
10. Indemnification
