We offer a range of electrical safety services, including, but not limited to:

• Electrical safety audits
  
   
• Electrical training programs (including "Train the Trainer" and refresher courses)
   
• PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) recommendations
   
• Electrical safety consulting
   

The specific services provided will be outlined in individual service contracts, proposals, or quotes.

By engaging with our services, placing an order, or making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are acting on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

• Pricing: The pricing for our services will be outlined in proposals, quotes, or contracts provided to you. Prices are subject to change and may vary based on the specific needs or scope of services.
   
• Payment Terms: Payments for services are due as specified in the service agreement. If no specific terms are agreed upon, payments are due upon receipt of the invoice.
   
• Late Fees: If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of 20% per month may be charged on any outstanding balance.
   
• Payment Methods: We accept  payment methods, e.g., credit cards, bank transfers, checks, etc.].
   

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information necessary for us to perform the services, such as information about your electrical systems, equipment, or specific needs.
   
• Access to Premises: You will provide us with reasonable access to your premises or any relevant locations where our services are to be provided, including necessary access to electrical equipment and systems.
   
• Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that all work performed by us complies with local regulations, laws, and industry standards, including but not limited to OSHA, NFPA 70E, and other applicable safety codes.
   
• Cooperation: You agree to cooperate with us and our team members in a timely and reasonable manner to facilitate the completion of services.
   

• Timely Performance: We strive to complete services in a timely manner. However, any timelines or deadlines communicated are estimates and may be subject to changes due to unforeseen circumstances.
   
• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as customer delays, supply chain issues, or inclement weather.
   
• Modifications: Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be documented in writing and may result in additional fees or extended timelines.
   

• Ownership: All materials, reports, software, methodologies, or other intellectual property created or provided by us during the course of providing services remain the exclusive property of Current Shield unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
   
• License: We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials and reports provided solely for your internal purposes.
   

• Confidential Information: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the services.
   
• Exceptions: Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public, already known, or disclosed due to a legal obligation.
   

• Limited Warranty: We warrant that the services provided will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards.
   
• No Guarantee of Results: While we strive to provide effective safety solutions, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to reductions in incidents, compliance findings, or risk mitigation results.
   
• Third-Party Products: We are not responsible for the quality, functionality, or performance of third-party products (such as PPE or electrical equipment) recommended or used in the course of providing services.
   
• Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claims arising out of the provision of services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service that is the subject of the claim.
   

• Termination by You: You may cancel a service contract at any time before services begin, but a cancellation fee may apply if work has already commenced. A written cancellation request must be provided.
   
• Termination by Us: We may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any material term of this Agreement or fail to make payment as required.
   
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you remain liable for any outstanding payments for services rendered up until the point of termination.
   

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Current Shield], its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of our services, including any third-party claims related to your electrical systems, practices, or non-compliance with safety regulations.

• Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law.
   
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement will first be addressed through informal negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through [arbitration/mediation]
   
• Jurisdiction: The courts of Current Shield Jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal actions arising from this Agreement.
   

Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or governmental regulations.

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you directly. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions, along with any associated service contracts, proposals, or documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and Current Shield regarding the services provided. Any previous agreements, whether written or oral, are superseded by this Agreement.
